Looking for an outstanding Drupal developer( API integration)

We are a very small company looking for someone with outstanding Drupal skills and back end programming in general, that would like to form part of a project that utilizes Drupal functions to its maximum while integrating a couple of API's(googleMaps, twitter, flickr +)

We have a website 85% coded in Drupal, all coding was done in India, but we need someone to finish it, and make sure it runs smoothly(w3c,SEO + approved), we would also like to integrate some new functions to the website , like database creation and development of a booking system from scratch.
